Job description
This executive sets enterprise technology strategy across multiple corporate functions and leads through a team of directors and managers. Decisions carry enterprise-level impact on company performance; this individual influences executive stakeholders on the most significant matters and represents technology with external partners.
What You’ll Lead
-
Set enterprise technology strategy across Finance, Investor Relations, Facilities Management, Audit, Tax, and Treasury, partnering with senior business leaders to align the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Fusion, and related platform roadmaps with corporate strategy, operational priorities, and company-wide performance goals.

Lead a multi-team technology organization through directors, managers, and a large network of external professionals.

Drive measurable business outcomes by improving key performance indicators such as financial close cycle time, forecast accuracy, working capital visibility, reporting timeliness, controls effectiveness, automation adoption, system reliability, and user productivity across Finance and adjacent corporate functions.

Lead the Oracle EBS and Fusion platform strategies, including modernization and integration decisions.

Own the multi-year transformation roadmap across Finance and G&A systems, prioritizing investments, sequencing modernization initiatives, simplifying legacy complexity, and driving adoption of new digital capabilities.

Establish and govern the Finance data, analytics, and decision intelligence strategy, including data quality, master data alignment, trusted executive reporting, and analytics capabilities that enable faster and more confident business decisions.

Drive global operating model and process standardization across regions, legal entities, shared services, and business units, with emphasis on close, planning, procure-to-pay, treasury, tax, audit, and reporting workflows.

Manage strategic vendors, managed services, implementation partners, and technology spend with accountability for partner performance, contract outcomes, portfolio prioritization, and financial discipline across the supported systems landscape.

Strengthen resilience and operational risk management for mission-critical finance platforms, partnering across cybersecurity, access governance, disaster recovery, incident response, and business continuity to protect critical business operations.

Define and advance the AI strategy and AI agent roadmap for Regenerons financial operations, identifying high-value opportunities to automate work, improve decision support, strengthen controls, and responsibly scale AI-enabled capabilities across Finance and related corporate functions.

Direct more than 1,000 integration points between Regenerons financial applications and boundary systems.

Support the systems strategy and delivery capabilities for global financial consolidations, statutory reporting, and operational performance reporting.

Own the technology systems and controls supporting Audit, Tax, and Treasury, and establish enterprise software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards and governance across the Commercial and G&A technology organization.

Ensure SOX-compliant technology operations across in-scope financial systems, with accountability for effective controls execution, audit readiness, remediation of control gaps, and consistently strong internal and external audit results.
Requirements

BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

18+ years of progressive technology leadership, including finance systems and enterprise platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion. Candidates with extensive SAP FI/CO leadership experience may be considered.

A history of successful executive command of finance technology, investor relations, facilities/real estate systems, and audit, tax, or treasury platforms; familiarity with SDLC governance frameworks is a plus.

Proven ability to lead at enterprise scale, influence executive stakeholders, negotiate the most complex matters, and attract top talent.
