Scrum Master / IT Project Manager - Agile, Scrum, Jira - Contract

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead project teams and drive successful delivery using Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies
• Act as a Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Conduct Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews & Retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones
• Implement change management processes
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices
• Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or IT Project Manager

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies & Scrum Master responsibilities
• Project Management experience
• Change Management knowledge
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
