Job description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead project teams and drive successful delivery using Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies
- Act as a Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Conduct Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews & Retrospectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones
- Implement change management processes
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
-
10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or IT Project Manager
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies & Scrum Master responsibilities
- Project Management experience
- Change Management knowledge
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
