This role will drive growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making for one of the highest-margin businesses in the Surface portfolio while partnering closely across Finance, Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. The Senior Finance Manager - Hardware & Margins Finance candidate brings leadership, partnership, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to influence decisions, navigate complexity, and deliver business impact in a fast-paced environment., Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or, improvements, and risk mitigation while maintaining a proficient controls environment. Lead forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and long-range planning processes, ensuring financial accuracy, rigor, and transparency. Drive operational excellence through simplification, automation, and continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

Serve as the strategic finance partner to the Devices Paid Services leadership team, influencing business decisions and driving initiatives that accelerate growth, expand market penetration, and maximize profitability. Lead executive business reviews and performance reporting, delivering insights on key business drivers, opportunities, risks, and recommended actions to senior leaders. Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, compelling narratives that enable effective decision-making and drive accountability across stakeholders. Identify and drive opportunities for margin expansion, cost optimization, process
