Systems Administrator

• Support & administer Windows OS (desktop & server), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365
• Manage VMware and VDI environments
• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure (mostly Fortinet and HPE)
• Deploy servers, desktops, and assist with migrations and upgrades
• Act as an escalation point and mentor junior techs
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Associate’s Degree, computer science or information technology

• Bachelor’s Degree, computer science or information technology
• College Diploma, computer science or information technology
• High School Diploma (or equivalent), * 5+ Years in a MSP Environment
• Proficient working on VM and VDI Environments
• 5+ Years working with Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
• Commute to the office at least 4 days a week
