SAP SME / Manufacturing Business Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

10+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, SAP business analysis, ERP implementation, plant operations, production planning, supply chain, or a closely related discipline.

Practical experience working directly with manufacturing, production planning, inventory, quality, maintenance, or tooling teams.

Ability to document current-state and future-state processes and convert them into clear functional requirements.

Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, integrations, testing, training, or operational adoption.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with operational data and identify root causes.

Willingness to spend meaningful time on the manufacturing floor and engage directly with users. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MES, finite-capacity scheduling, OEE platforms, barcode/RFID scanning, machine connectivity, or industrial IoT.

Experience integrating SAP with shop-floor applications, machine controls, data historians, scheduling systems, or business-intelligence tools.

Knowledge of master data governance for materials, bills of material, routings, work centers, production versions, vendors, equipment, and inspection plans.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S/6S, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, or similar continuous improvement methods.

Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, process-mining tools, or other operational analytics platforms. Core Competencies
