Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their HR Reporting & Analytics team. This role will focus on analyzing HR and recruiting data, building reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders., * Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports

  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data
  • Build and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to identify reporting needs
  • Translate data findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations
  • Lead multiple analytics initiatives while managing competing priorities
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SQL
  • Power BI
  • Python
  • ETL/Data Pipelines
  • Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
