Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their HR Reporting & Analytics team. This role will focus on analyzing HR and recruiting data, building reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders., * Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports

Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data
Build and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines
Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to identify reporting needs
Translate data findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations
Lead multiple analytics initiatives while managing competing priorities
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting solutions

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role
Strong hands-on experience with:
SQL
Power BI
Python
ETL/Data Pipelines
Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
