About the team The Amazon Ads Creative Experiences Design team designs the experiences advertisers use to create and manage ad creatives. Our work spans AI-powered Creative Skills (image and video generation), agentic creative workflows, multi-format campaign builders, creative preview and optimization experiences. We define the AX vision for what every creative experience must address - and ship patterns that teams adopt at scale.

We value designers who own ambiguous problems end to end, define patterns that scale without them in the room, exercise backbone to protect the advertiser experience, and tie their work to measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

The Amazon Ads Creative Experiences Design team is responsible for how advertisers create, manage, and optimize their campaigns across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative problem solver to join as a Sr. UX Designer who will work with a team of talented product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver best-in-class advertiser experiences. We need a highly motivated, creative, and passionate UX Designer to drive customer-focused advertising solutions that empower businesses of all sizes to reach their goals.

As a Sr. UX Designer on the Advertiser Experiences team, you should be comfortable prototyping and communicating design ideas at varying levels of fidelity. You have a solid understanding of how applications are built and use that knowledge to design solutions that are both desirable and feasible. You approach your craft with an AI-native mindset, actively integrating AI tools and capabilities into your research, ideation, and delivery process to move faster and raise the quality of your output. The ideal candidate will be able to visualize an experience in the abstract, break down complex use cases, and drive the vision into solid design deliverables.

You think first from the advertiser’s perspective, use research and data to influence your designs, set relentlessly high standards for yourself, and deliver best-in-class experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and embrace the idea that failure is a critical part of innovation. You balance your passion for inspired, compelling, elegant yet simple designs with a highly analytical nature, precise execution, and a relentless drive to design, build, and deliver., 7+ years of design experience

  • Experience with UX design of complex workflows
  • Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
  • Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions
