Power BI Architect - Pharma Domain

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect with strong expertise in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable BI solutions, defining Power BI architecture and governance, and partnering with business and technology teams to deliver enterprise-grade analytics solutions., * Design and architect enterprise-scale Power BI solutions, dashboards, reports, and semantic models.

• Define Power BI architecture, development standards, security, governance, and best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical and reporting requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and optimize complex Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and visualizations.
• Integrate Power BI with enterprise data platforms and data warehouses.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of BI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Power BI developers and data teams.
• Collaborate with data engineering, ETL, cloud, and application teams.
• Leverage Pharma/Life Sciences domain knowledge to develop meaningful analytics and reporting solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI architecture and development.
• Excellent knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with enterprise BI architecture, governance, security, and deployment.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing experience.
• Experience integrating Power BI with cloud/data warehouse platforms.
• Strong understanding of BI/analytics best practices.
• Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain experience is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
