Sr. Infrastructure Engineer

Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance enterprise IT operations across servers, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user technologies. This role will be responsible for maintaining a secure, scalable, and highly available technology environment while supporting ongoing infrastructure improvements and operational initiatives., * Manage and support enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud-connected environments.

• Administer core Microsoft technologies, identity services, and endpoint management platforms.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resiliency efforts.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and serve as an escalation point for critical incidents.
• Strengthen security posture through vulnerability remediation, compliance initiatives, and infrastructure best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders on technology projects and operational support.
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability across the IT environment.

• 5+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or enterprise IT administration.
• Strong background supporting Microsoft server technologies, virtualization platforms, networking, and endpoint management.
• Experience with disaster recovery, backup solutions, and operational best practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, and infrastructure governance.
• Strong troubleshooting, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a multi-site, business-critical environment.
