Requirements
A prominent national law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its technology, data privacy, and cybersecurity practice. This is a strong opportunity to work on sophisticated data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance matters for clients across a broad range of industries. The firm is looking for candidates with roughly 5-7 years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, technology transactions, or information governance., * J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 5-7 years of substantive experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, technology transactions, or information governance at a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements and advising on privacy compliance programs.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
