Design and Implement :Transformation Program Management Office (TPMO): Establish the overarching structure that transformation projects will ladder up to. Develop Dependency: Management Infrastructure: Build systems and tools to track and manage interdependencies across initiatives, vendors, and workstreamsinvolved in transformation projects Engineer Process Optimization Capabilities: Create and implementstrategic enhancements to delivery platforms and workflows for transformationinitiatives Establish Governance Mechanisms: Develop governance structure fortransformation initiatives to monitor velocity and execution discipline to meetdeadlines Build repeatable processes: Standardize reporting and planning formats (e.g., outage, audit,maintenance, project across people, process, technology) Support budget planning: Create visibility into gaps and resource needs to support 2026 andon-going budget planning and tracking Develop Executive InterfaceAssets: Translate technical and operational datainto strategic business language for CIOs and finance stakeholders Detailed Insights: KeyResponsibilities InfrastructureProgram Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery ofinfrastructure programs across DC, compute, storage, network, and securitydomains Drive planning, execution, andgovernance of large-scale initiatives (e.g., DC migrations, infratransformation) Patching & Vulnerability Management Define and manage enterprisepatching strategy (OS, middleware, firmware) Ensure timely remediation ofvulnerabilities in line with compliance and security standards Coordinate with security teamson risk prioritization and mitigation Data Center Migration & Transformation Plan and execute data center migrations / exits / consolidations Identify and manage key considerations: Dependency mapping (applications, databases, integrations) Capacity planning (compute,storage, network) Cutover & rollback strategies DR/BCP alignment and validation Ensure zero/near-zero business disruption Infrastructure Operations Oversight Govern day-to-day infrastructure operations including server management, network performance,backup, and storage Drive improvements in availability, performance, and reliability Stakeholder Management Act as the single point of contact for infrastructure programs with business and technology stakeholders Interface with application, cloud, and security teams to ensure aligned execution Risk, Compliance & Governance Identify program risks and proactively drive mitigation plans Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security policies, and regulatory compliance Automation& Optimization Drive automation across patching, provisioning, monitoring, and reporting Optimize costs through capacity planning and FinOps-aligned infrastructure usage

12 18 years of IT experience withh strong focus on infrastructure program delivery Proven experience managing datacenter migration, infra transformation, or large-scale infra operations Technical Expertise Deep understanding of: Servers (Windows/Linux, virtualization- VMware)Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers) Storage & backup solutions Vulnerability & patch management tools/processes DC migrations to cloud Strong exposure toenterprise infrastructuree environments (on-prem + cloud integrated) Program Managementt Strong expertise in program governance, planning, RAID management, and reporting Experience managing cross-functional teams (Infra, App, Security, Vendors) Migration & Patching Expertise (Critical) Hands-on understanding of: How to handle dependencies during migrations Key checkpoints for infrastructure readiness in DC migrations Preferred Qualifications ITIL / PMP / Prince2certification Experience with AWS/Azure infrastructure environments Exposure to automation tools (ServiceNow, Ansible, Terraform)
