Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications using modern engineering practices., * Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

Build scalable frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Develop backend APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Own application delivery end-to-end, from design through production support.
Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
Mentor engineers and provide hands-on technical leadership.
Collaborate with engineering teams, product teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
Ensure applications meet scalability, performance, security, and reliability requirements.
Work within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, backend development, AWS, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and system design, along with proven experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Strong backend development experience with Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
Strong hands-on AWS experience.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
Experience with Jest, Cypress, Datadog, and AWS CloudWatch.
Strong understanding of system design, networking, security, scalability, and distributed systems.
Proven experience mentoring engineers and driving technical leadership.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
