Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of EDI/healthcare experience, preferably within a managed care environment.

EDI Expertise: Strong knowledge of EDI transactions, 834 enrollment files, eligibility, enrollment, premium billing, and reconciliation.

Technical/Business Analysis: Experience with EDI mapping specifications, technical support, business analysis, UAT, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution.

Healthcare Transactions: Knowledge of CMS, FFM, trading partners, and third-party enrollment transactions is highly relevant.

Process Improvement: Experience developing policies/procedures, identifying process improvements, documentation, and staff training.

Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, attention to detail, and reporting capabilities.

Communication: Ability to work effectively with internal teams, management, clients, trading partners, and external organizations.

Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
