Job description

We are seeking a Senior Information Security Specialist I to support the deployment, administration, and operational support of enterprise endpoint security platforms and related security technologies. This position will work with internal technology teams to implement, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize endpoint security solutions across large enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint security, vulnerability management, Linux administration, software deployment technologies, and security automation. This role requires close collaboration with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure secure deployment practices and effective management of security tools and applications.   • Plan, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise endpoint security platforms
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization activities
  • Support vulnerability management initiatives and remediation efforts
  • Configure and maintain security technologies across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
  • Develop and maintain deployment automation scripts and processes
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues across small and large enterprise environments
  • Collaborate with customer and IT teams on security solution integration
  • Support asset management and vulnerability assessment programs
  • Generate deployment progress reports and status updates
  • Assist with integrating endpoint security solutions into existing enterprise tools and environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • One of the following certifications:
  • CISSP
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • Equivalent security certification
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT deployments, endpoint management, security operations, or related environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise endpoint security platforms
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management methodologies and remediation practices
  • Experience working with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
  • Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Perl, or Batch
