Product Solutions Specialist - Europe, 100% remote

We are hiring a Product Solutions Specialist to serve as the operational extension of Product Management, leading customer implementation and customization projects from solution discovery through adoption and value realization. About the role

We are on a mission to contribute to a zero-waste future by drastically reducing food waste, fuel consumption, costs, and most importantly, CO emissions in the airline industry. Every role in our company is a direct contributor to this vision and as a Product Solutions Specialist, you will serve as the operational extension of Product Management during customer implementation and customization projects.

You will be the primary product partner for implementation customers throughout onboarding, solution design, requirement discovery, delivery, testing, rollout, and adoption. You are not responsible for product strategy, roadmap ownership, prioritization decisions, or long-term product vision. Product Managers remain accountable for these decisions. Instead, you will help customers adopt LimeFlight’s recommended workflows and best practices while ensuring that customization requirements are understood, challenged, refined, and translated into scalable product solutions. While this is not a software engineering role, you must be comfortable discussing technical solutions with engineers and translating between technical and business stakeholders. Customer Implementation & Product Adoption for Implementation Projects

• Act as the primary product contact for customers during onboarding, implementation, and customization projects.
• Guide customers in adopting LimeFlight’s recommended workflows, processes, and best practices.
• Advise customers on how to maximize value from LimeFlight’s products.
• Explain technical concepts, solution trade-offs, and implementation implications to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Support rollout activities, user acceptance testing, training, and change management.
• Ensure delivered solutions achieve intended business outcomes and customer objectives.

Solution Discovery & Requirements Engineering for Implementation Projects

• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer processes, operational challenges, business objectives, and technical environments.
• Gather, challenge, refine, and validate customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to solve customer needs using existing product capabilities before introducing customizations.
• Define solution approaches, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure requirements are actionable, complete, and scalable
• Partner closely with Product Managers whenever requirements impact core product strategy, roadmap decisions, or platform architecture.

Customization Delivery

• Own the functional delivery of customization projects from discovery through deployment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, define and review solution approaches, and address technical questions throughout development, testing, and rollout.
• Support solution validation, acceptance testing, and customer sign-off.
• Manage scope and expectations while balancing customer needs with product maintainability.
• Ensure delivered solutions are successfully adopted and generate measurable customer value.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Specialist or Business Analysis roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and software implementation processes.
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, data models, and software implementation concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear and structured requirements.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-have

• Experience within aviation, airline operations, airline catering, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile product development.
• Experience creating product documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Experience conducting market or competitor research.

Language

Min. English C1 Expected travel needs

2 annual one-week team events + 10-15% for customer workshops/requirements engineering/trainings etc. Hiring Process
