Implementation Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Implementation Engineer to join our team at Digidenity, a Solera company. As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating our customers to the Digidentity Identity Platform, ensuring seamless integration and successful adoption to the platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and customer support, to deliver exceptional solutions that meet our clients’ needs. This role requires adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

What You’ll Do

Implement and integrate clients to the Digidentity Identity Platform, ensuring a smooth integration process.

Collaborate with project managers and customers to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Configure and customize the platform to meet specific customer needs, including user interface customization and integration with existing systems.

Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and identify and resolve any issues or bugs.

Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation process, answering their questions and troubleshooting technical issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in identity management and related technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in implementing or configuring software solutions (internships included)
• Understanding of APIs and basic integration concepts (REST, web services)
• Interest or exposure to identity management protocols such as SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Fluent Dutch (C1 level or higher) is mandatory Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory
