Job description

  • Innovate training content - explore opportunities to deliver our training materials in new formats such as videos, e-learnings, podcasts, avatars or custom-made applications
  • Shape outstanding training programs - create and maintain state-of-the-art materials, case studies, and exercises for our existing GAIN training initiatives
  • Support training delivery - assist with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of training sessions internally and/or for our clients
  • Build the future - enhance our clients’ capabilities by training them to work with data and AI both in their daily activities and at a more strategic level
  • Improve our delivery - support the evolution of our learning platform and ensure that all participants enjoy an excellent (learning) experience, Most of your work will take place from our Amsterdam office, where you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to a variety of projects while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment. Rewire’s Amsterdam office is more than just a workplace, it’s a hub for collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving. And because great work happens when people feel connected, we also regularly come together for team events, celebrations, and Friday drinks.

We’re aiming for a minimum of 16 hours per week, ideally around 24 hours spread across three days, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while balancing your studies.

While the Amsterdam office will be your primary workspace, occasional work from home is possible in alignment with your team, providing flexibility and supporting a healthy balance between work and study.

Requirements

You’re a motivated communicator and a curious learner - with a passion for helping others understand and apply data & AI concepts. You’ll thrive with us if you bring:

  • A hands-on, growth mindset - you take initiative, embrace challenges, and are eager to learn and develop continuously

  • Effective communication and storytelling skills - you can explain abstract topics clearly and creatively

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
