First SAP Partner Manager

We are hiring our first SAP Partner Manager to execute and scale how we work with SAP. You’ll be the operational backbone of the relationship: making sure SAP’s requests are tracked, our engineering and research commitments are met, and joint initiatives actually move. This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll be in the details of live SAP workstreams, keeping projects on track, making sure commitments on both sides are honoured, and turning senior-level intent into delivered outcomes.

SAP Execution

• Own the day-to-day execution of the SAP relationship across active technical, research, and commercial workstreams.
• Track commitments on both sides, SAP’s asks and Prior Labs’ delivery, and ensure follow-through internally and externally.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, research, and developer relations so our limited technical capacity is deployed on the highest-value SAP work effectively.

Project and Commercial Operations

• Support the structuring of SAP initiatives: joint project scoping, co-sell arrangements, delivery milestones, and commercial terms.
• Support pricing and packaging discussions on SAP-related work.
• Maintain accurate records of SAP agreements, project status, commitments, and performance in our CRM and tracking tools.

Internal Coordination

• Act as the connective tissue between the SAP relationship, engineering and research, and leadership.
• Flag when SAP commitments are getting ahead of our delivery capacity, early enough to act on.
• Work with leadership to keep SAP work prioritised against Prior Labs’ strategy, with clear ownership on every workstream.

Relationship Development

• Help onboard new SAP stakeholders and workstreams and get them into a productive state quickly.
• Identify where SAP initiatives are stalling or underperforming and surface what needs to change.
• Contribute to building the playbooks, templates, and processes that will let us run the SAP relationship at scale., * First SAP Partner Manager at a company building a genuinely new category in AI, working with one of the largest software companies in the world.
• Direct exposure to how a startup structures and runs a relationship with a major strategic partner from the ground up.
• Work closely with the Head of Strategic SAP Initiatives on a relationship that is central to Prior Labs’ future.
• Clear path into senior partnerships, alliances, or BD roles as the function scales.

Our teams are based in Berlin, Freiburg, and New York - when you’re working on something as hard as TabPFN, being in the same room matters. But great people come from everywhere, and in exceptional cases we’re open to remote, which usually means frequent travel to one of our offices. Wherever you’re based, the whole company comes together regularly for offsites to build and celebrate together.

• 3 to 5 years in a partnerships, alliances, BD, or program/project management role at a data infrastructure, ML tooling, developer tools, or deep tech company, or inside the partner organisation of a large enterprise software vendor.
• Experience working on partner or project commercial structures: not just managing relationships but understanding how the incentive and delivery mechanisms work.
• Strong internal coordination skills; comfortable working across engineering, research, sales, and product teams simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and reliable on follow-through; SAP counterparts and internal teams alike know they can count on you.
• Comfortable operating between a large enterprise and a fast-moving startup, and translating between the two.
• Familiarity with large enterprise software partner programs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, or similar) a strong plus.

Foundation models transformed text and images. Structured data - the largest and most consequential data format in the world - stayed untouched, until now. What LLMs did for language, we’re doing for tables.

We pioneered tabular foundation models: TabPFN v2 was a Nature cover story, has passed 3.5M+ downloads and 7,500+ GitHub stars, and runs in production from detecting lung disease with Oxford Cancer Analytics to preventing train failures with Hitachi. The hardest problems - millions of rows, real-time inference, entirely new modalities - are still open, and no one else is working on them at this level.

We’re a small, highly selective team of 40+ with backgrounds from Google, DeepMind, Meta, Apple, Amazon, Jane Street, and CERN, led by Frank Hutter, Noah Hollmann, and Sauraj Gambhir, and advised by Bernhard Schölkopf and Turing Award winner Yann LeCun.

In July 2026, less than 18 months after our €9M pre-seed, we joined SAP as an independent frontier AI lab - same team, mission, and open-weights models, now backed by more than €1 billion over four years.
