SAP Procurement Business Analyst

• Ensure requirements quality and precision by writing clear User Stories with acceptance criteria, prioritizing the “Why” before the “How”.
• Apply digital and technical literacy through Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and data-driven decision making.
• Manage stakeholders effectively through active workshop facilitation (continuous discovery, story mapping) with empathy and diplomacy.
• Perform visual analysis and process mapping (As-Is vs. To-Be modeling) to define optimized future states.
• Ensure interface design coherence, Information System Security Management, and alignment between IT strategies and business operations.

• Technical expertise in SAP (SAP MM, PP, ABAP, SAP MDM), technical interface design, Information System Security Management, and IT & Business Strategy Alignment.
• Hands-on experience in Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, ideally SAFe) and ITIL framework.
• Strong customer orientation, ability to involve and engage others, and experience working on transnational and trans-domain initiatives.
• Advanced level of English for an international context; basic project management skills, understanding of Procurement networks (Sourcing, CLM, General Procurement) or Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) are a plus., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SAP Procurement Business Analyst (f/m/d) to join our Digital department based in Toulouse, France.

You will join a team developing the IM Procurement and Sourcing Product & Service Line for General Procurement. Within the Procurement Product Service Line team, you will be involved in bridging the gap between complex business needs and modern technology solutions aimed at optimizing sourcing and general procurement processes.
