Senior Power BI Developer

About the RoleA leading financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Power BI Dashboard Developer to join a high-profile transformation programme focused on improving reporting, automation and data-driven decision-making across the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and optimising enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards used by senior leadership. Working closely with business stakeholders and data teams, you’ll help turn complex requirements into intuitive, high-performing reporting solutions.The role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale data transformation initiatives, modern cloud-based data platforms and a growing dashboard estate in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs
• Create prototypes and dashboards from concept through to production
• Develop robust data models, DAX measures and Power Query transformations
• Integrate data from SQL Server, Snowflake and enterprise data platforms
• Support data migration and transformation projects

• Advanced SQL / SQL Server expertise

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Agile delivery experience
