Job description

This role will help shape and deliver AI-powered user experiences across the web, with a strong emphasis on frontend engineering, product quality, and performance. You will collaborate closely with design and product partners to build intuitive features that enhance the customer experience. The position also includes mentoring other engineers and helping guide the front end technical strategy for a modern, user-facing technology stack., * Collaborate with design teams and product managers to create engaging AI-powered features for users

Mentor and develop web engineers within the organization to enhance AI feature implementation
Advance the front end technical strategy and stack, emphasizing generative AI capabilities

Requirements

5+ years of frontend software engineering experience, leading product initiatives, preferably with user-facing AI
Exceptional proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, staying updated with the latest specifications and features
Strong understanding of UI and product development principles, with a focus on accessibility and user experience
Expertise in architecture and performance optimization, including caching and troubleshooting distributed systems
Ability to work across stacks, particularly in Python, with a willingness to learn design tools like Figma or Sketch
