iOS Engineer

Develop and maintain iOS applications using modern coding practices and tools.

• Write, review, and refactor code, ensuring quality and efficiency; manage codebase including deletion of obsolete code.
• Utilize build tools such as Tuist, xcodebuild, GitHub Actions, and Circle CI for automation and continuous integration.
• Implement and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) patterns to streamline development workflows.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs to maintain application stability and performance.
• Apply functional coding patterns for robust and maintainable code.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization to ensure high-performing applications.
• Work with legacy Objective-C code, including refactoring and integrating with newer codebases.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
• Contribute to and leverage open source projects where appropriate.

Demonstrate self-starting abilities and strong time management skills to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Integrate iOS applications with custom backend services, including older or legacy systems.
• Design solutions for open-ended or ambiguous technical problems.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
