Implementation Project Coordinator in Wakefield

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of customer implementation projects, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while delivering projects on time and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate implementations, manage project plans, gather requirements, mitigate risks and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

• Previous experience in an Implementation, Project Coordinator or Project Management role. \n

• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. \n

• Confident leading customer meetings and managing multiple projects. \n

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. \n

• Experience within SaaS, software or technology environments is highly desirable. \n

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is an advantage. \n
