Job description

Seeking for a System Analyst to support the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Pega-based enterprise applications. The candidate will collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into scalable Pega solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business, functional, and technical requirements for Pega-based applications.
  • Translate business requirements into Pega case types, workflows, rules, data elements, and reusable components.
  • Support the design, configuration, development, testing, and maintenance of Pega applications.
  • Develop and document business processes and workflow models based on functional requirements.
  • Maintain traceability between business requirements, solution components, test cases, and delivered functionality.
  • Support legacy-system modernization and transition activities.
  • Analyze existing system functionality, business processes, integrations, and dependencies to support migration to Pega-based solutions.
  • Support the design and implementation of system integrations and interfaces between Pega and other enterprise applications.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and utilize reusable Pega components.
  • Support functional and system testing to ensure solutions meet documented business and technical requirements.
  • Review test scenarios and test cases and assist testing teams with requirement clarification.
  • Troubleshoot application, workflow, configuration, data, and integration issues.
  • Support defect investigation, resolution, retesting, and application validation.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, testers, business analysts, stakeholders, and delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure Pega solutions comply with established configuration standards, enterprise architecture guidelines, and development practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, application development, application design, or a related technology field.
  • Experience working with Pega-based applications or the Pega Platform.
  • Experience analyzing and translating business and technical requirements into application solutions.
  • Understanding of Pega case types, workflows, business rules, data elements, and reusable components.
  • Experience with workflow modeling and business-process analysis.
  • Experience with requirements traceability management.
  • Working knowledge of application development and configuration concepts.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical, functional, solution, or interface documentation.
  • Understanding of system integration and interface design concepts., * Experience supporting Pega application modernization or legacy-system transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with Pega application configuration and reusable component design.
  • Experience supporting enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience with requirements traceability matrices (RTM).
