Field Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to plan and execute field integration and deployment activities for TYTAN’s C-UAS systems. This is a hands-on role: you will be on-site with customers and partners, integrating our systems into operational environments, troubleshooting in the field, and making sure what we ship actually works once it’s deployed.

Your Roadmap to Make an Impact

• Plan and execute field integration and deployment campaigns for TYTAN’s C-UAS systems at customer sites.

• Perform hands-on system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation in the field.

• Integrate software, infrastructure, and communication services within complex, often classified, customer environments.

• Work directly with customers, partners, and operational users during integration and fielding activities.

• Apply DevOps practices to streamline deployment, configuration, and field-update cycles.

• Feed field findings back to engineering and product teams to improve future integration cycles., * Build technology with real operational impact: Develop autonomous defence systems designed to protect lives and strengthen Europe’s security
• Shape scalable defence capabilities: Work on solutions built for mass deployment, cost efficiency, resilience, and reliable production at scale
• Contribute to networked air defence: Help integrate our systems into multi-layered defence architectures alongside sensors, command systems, and effectors
• Develop for real-world operations: Build capabilities together with end users and improve them continuously based on direct operational feedback

• Strong software engineering and DevOps experience.

• Demonstrated ability to organize and execute integration and deployment campaigns.

• Hands-on experience with system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

• Experience working directly with customers, partners, and operational users.

• Ability to integrate software, infrastructure, and communication services in complex environments.

• Fluent German and English., * Former military experience.
