Senior Associate, Desktop Engineering

Key Responsibilities: Engineering & Implementation * Design and deploy desktop images, configurations, and software packages. * Manage endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF) for patching, updates, and compliance. * Develop and maintain automation scripts for desktop provisioning and support. Support & Troubleshooting * Provide Tier 3 support for escalated desktop issues. * Analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems. * Collaborate with help desk and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless support. Security & Compliance * Ensure desktop environments comply with security policies and standards. * Implement endpoint protection, encryption, and vulnerability remediation. * Support audits and reporting related to desktop infrastructure. Project & Collaboration * Participate in IT projects involving desktop upgrades, migrations, and rollouts. * Work with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives. * Document

engineering processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user computing. * Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy. * Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF). * Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). * Excellent analytical and communication skills. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
