Senior Appian Developer

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian platform.
• Build responsive user interfaces using Appian SAIL.
• Develop process models, records, reports, expression rules, interfaces, decisions, and reusable components.
• Translate business requirements and process workflows into scalable Appian solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Appian Web APIs, connected systems, REST APIs, SOAP services, and integration objects.
• Integrate Appian applications with enterprise systems and relational databases.
• Create and maintain custom data types, data stores, queries, and database objects.
• Perform application deployment, environment configuration, version management, and release support.
• Apply Appian security, user-role, group, and access-control best practices.
• Review application design and code to improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Diagnose and resolve development, integration, deployment, and production issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and production releases.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, deployment instructions, and support materials.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Appian developers when required.

Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Appian development, TechAGI Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications using the Appian low-code automation platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Appian application development, SAIL interfaces, process models, records, expression rules, integrations, and deployment. This position requires someone who can independently deliver scalable Appian solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate effectively with business analysts, architects, integration teams, and stakeholders., * 10+ years of overall IT application development experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• Strong experience with Appian SAIL, process models, records, reports, expression rules, interfaces, decisions, and custom data types.
• Experience building complete Appian applications from design through production deployment.
• Strong experience integrating Appian with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, web APIs, and connected systems.
• Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Strong understanding of Appian application architecture, security, user access, groups, and role management.
• Experience with Appian deployment packages, environment migration, release management, and production support.
• Ability to identify and resolve application performance and integration issues.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams., * Appian Certified Senior Developer or Appian Certified Lead Developer certification.
• Experience with Appian administration, platform upgrades, or environment management.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, or automated deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML, or related integration technologies.
• Experience developing case-management, workflow-automation, or business-process-management solutions.
• Previous experience supporting large-scale enterprise or regulated-industry applications.
