Blue Yonder Assortment & Space Management Solution Architect

The Solution architect leads the overall solution design of a customer’s Assortment & Space Management capability, working with the Technical Architect who leads the technical design and delivery. The Solution Architect leads cross functional teams and is a key contributor to communications between program delivery leads, customer stakeholders, and IT teams. They are comfortable presenting complex business process and solutions to a variety of audiences including executive project sponsors. They influence the customer to adopt industry best practices and define how the Blue Yonder Assortment and Space Management solutions will be configured and delivered to ensure customer objectives and goals are achieved., * Key lead in all aspects of customer journey throughout discovery, design, construction, testing, deployment and hypercare focused on assortment and space management capabilities

• Lead functional design and integration of future state capabilities using a suite of products, to include Blue Yonder Store Insights, Strategic Assortment, Space Planning, Floor Planning, and Planogram Generator as well as a variety of other complimentary solutions
• Facilitate customer change management leveraging industry best practices and process methodologies
• Design and develop solutions to close gaps between customer requirements where functionality does not exist in the out-of-box solutions
• Serve as a overall solution owner attending and contributing to key meetings between Project Manager, Technical Architect, key customer contacts, and customer users
• Provide variety of support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, environment configuration, batch operations consulting, troubleshooting, and system testing
• Work with Blue Yonder Support Services team to ensure environment readiness and to proactively resolve customer issues
• Guide and conduct user acceptance testing
• Work with Cloud service team to ensure a seamless transition to Blue Yonder Steady State team
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

An experienced Blue Yonder Assortment & Space Management Solution Architect with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Blue Yonder business., * Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise level solution design, configuration, deployments, and cloud integrations working with the Blue Yonder Category Management Suite or similar platform

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)

Bonus points if:

• Experience in business requirements gathering, user story development and translating requirements to development teams
• Experience transforming organizations to automated planogram capabilities such as Blue Yonder Planogram Generator
• Familiarity with integration technologies WEB/REST/SOAP Services, Mulesoft, ETL/APIs
• Unit, system integration and functional testing experience
