TTG-348 - Mid-Level Systems Engineer - $277,350 Total Compensati

TTG Solutions is seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and security compliance of applications infrastructure across all networks. The candidate will play a crucial role in implementing technical precepts and contributing to a 24/7 on-call rotation to support our growing infrastructure needs. - Design, install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

• Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network components.
• Collaborate closely with developers, management, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, procedures, and support.
• Research and assess emerging technologies for potential upgrades or new implementations.

• 2+ years of experience in system engineering, testing, or DevOps roles
• Proven experience configuring CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools
• Strong working knowledge of Jenkins, Linux/Unix, version control (Git), and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Familiarity with Agile development practices

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with test frameworks
• Strategic thinking and big-picture perspective
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A passion for IT and continuous learning

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc… and it is calculated using the following formula

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
