Job description

TSC is seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong focus on requirements development and requirements management. This position supports the Radar & Precision Weapons Division located in Huntsville, AL., * Support cross-functional teams to develop system level architecture and requirements to include performance, functional and interface requirements

Allocate and decompose system level requirements to lower-level subsystem/assembly specifications
Plan and trace requirement verification activities and results
Develop and deliver Specifications, Interface Control Drawings (ICDs), analysis reports and presentations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, or Engineering related field
0-3 years experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical information with excellent writing and editing skills
Ability to work within a multi-disciplined engineering team
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required, * Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering
3-5 years of systems engineering experience
Familiarity with using IBM DOORs
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
