Product Owner

The Product Owner plays a critical role in shaping and delivering high-impact product initiatives at Ensora Health. This role leads complex backlog management efforts, partners closely with stakeholders to define product direction, and ensures delivery teams are focused on the highest-value outcomes. As an individual contributor, this role will help advance product strategy in support of business goals and customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead requirements definition and backlog prioritization for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and feature sets.
• Guide scrum teams through development cycles by providing clear priorities and well-defined user stories.
• Evaluate product performance and delivery outcomes, recommending improvements to product strategy and execution.
• Align product initiatives with organizational objectives and evolving customer needs.
• Support leadership in defining KPIs and success metrics to measure product delivery and business value.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 4+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or agile delivery roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in backlog management and agile product development practices.
• 4+ years of experience partnering with stakeholders on product strategy and prioritization.
• Experience working with tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong mentoring mindset with the ability to support the growth of peers.
• Excellent critical thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills.
