Job description

functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.Performmanual and automated testingusing industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman, JMeter, Cypress).Implement and manageautomated test pipelinesin CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), supporting Shift-Left testing and rapid feedback.Conductsystem validation and verification, log defects, and support triage and resolution efforts with development and engineering teams.Create and maintaintraceability matricesto ensure complete coverage of system requirements.Supporttest readiness reviews, audits, and stakeholder demonstrationswith clear test evidence and metrics.Work withinAgile and DevSecOps frameworksto provide timely test feedback and support sprint and release deliverables.Participate intest data creation, environment setup, and configurationfor both classified and unclassified networks.Collaborate with developers, operations, and security teams to driveearly bug detection, quality

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Years of Experience: 510 years in software testing, quality assurance, or related roles. Certifications Preferred: Security+, ISTQB (Foundation or Advanced), Certified JMeter Performance Tester, or similar certifications Preferred Experience and Skills:Strong knowledge ofQA methodologies, test life cycles, andsoftware development life cycles (SDLC).Familiarity withAPI testing toolssuch as Postman or REST Assured.Experience withload and performance testing toolslike JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.Hands-on experience withtest case management tools(e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, qTest).Understanding ofsecurity testing practices and tools(e.g., Nessus, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite) is a plus.Experience working withAgile, Scrum, or SAFeteams.Knowledge ofDoD environments,STIG compliance, and security authorization processes (RMF, ATO) is a strong plus.Familiarity withscripting languages(e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for test automation, data generation, and reporting.
