• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\n
• Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required.\n

\n \nEssential Duties\n \n \n

• Design and implement enterprise technology solutions that align with business objectives using Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, SQL, and SharePoint Online.\n
• Evaluate, learn, and implement other technology when needed. \n
• Lead AI adoption initiatives using Microsoft AI and other platforms.\n
• Ability to review tenant configurations and make recommendations for proper and secure operation.\n
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.\n
• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.\n
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and compliance staff to ensure solutions meet organizational and regulatory requirements.\n
• Stay informed regarding emerging technologies, best practices, and Microsoft platform enhancements.\n

This salary range is based on what Roux in good faith believes it might pay at the time of posting for this position and for this geographic location. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as relevant work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, skill sets, and internal equity.
