Systems Engineering Adjunct

• Prepare and deliver lectures, assignments, and assessments in alignment with course objectives and department standards.

• Facilitate student learning through clear instruction, meaningful discussions, and real-world applications.

• Evaluate and grade student work in a timely, fair, and constructive manner.

• Provide academic support through office hours or scheduled meetings.

• Collaborate with the department chair and faculty to ensure course consistency and quality.

• Submit final grades and any required reports by established deadlines.

• Stay current with developments in the field and incorporate relevant content into the course as appropriate.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s or Ph.D. in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.

• Professional experience in systems engineering or a related industry.

• Prior teaching experience at the college or graduate level is preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to engage and support a diverse student population., Lecturer Equivalent: $8,000

Senior Lecturer Equivalent: $9,200

Assistant Professor Equivalent: $9,200
