Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, cloud transformation, microservices, and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and modernizing large-scale business applications using Java, Spring ecosystem, cloud-native technologies, and Kubernetes platforms. This role requires technical leadership, architecture governance, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on delivery across cloud and application platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications and cloud modernization initiatives. Drive solution design for microservices, API-first architectures, and cloud-native platforms. Provide technical leadership to development, DevOps, QA, and engineering teams throughout the SDLC. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and project teams to define technology roadmaps and solution strategies. Design scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes environments. Lead API development and integration using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures. Define CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and operational excellence practices. Guide teams on performance optimization, application security, resiliency, and cloud adoption best practices. Support production operations, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical governance activities.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise application development. Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Batch, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, and GKE. Strong backend development experience using REST APIs, distributed systems, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DB2, Snowflake, and MySQL. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure Pipelines, and related DevOps tools. Strong understanding of authentication and security technologies including OAuth2, Azure AD, Okta, SSO, LDAP, and Kerberos. Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and leading cross-functional teams.
