Requirements

  • Strong software engineering skills in modern languages and frameworks (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, or similar).
  • Experience designing and building scalable backend architectures, APIs, and data models.
  • Background in frontend development focused on usability, accessibility, and human-centered product design.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration, automation workflows, or data-driven product features.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS, GCP, CI/CD, containers, monitoring).
  • Track record of working in early-stage startups or small, fast-moving product teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with project delivery, operations tools, or productivity platforms is a plus.
