Application Development and Deployment Lead

• We are looking for Application Development and Deployment Lead to join our intelligence program supporting a key government customer. In this role, you will support the planning, testing, and execution, and deployment of system and software releases., * Expand data strategy to ensure new and existing pipelines are implemented, maintained, and documented.
• Collaborate with developers, system, engineers, and test engineers in a cross functional team to ensure data availability for the organization and downstream consumers.
• Develop scalable strategies to include best practices, guidelines, and governance of data systems.
• Develop and implement data integrations for the organizations’ products
• Plan, test, and execute builds, testing, and deployment of system and software releases; deliver telecommunications patches, upgrades, and configurations (logical and physical).
• Implement baseline configuration changes, additions, and deletions.

• Master’s Degree in any of the below disciplines.
• Ten (10) years of experience working in the DoD.
• Experience using Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence.
• Experience programming with AngularJS, JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle) and NoSQL data solutions, SQL and other query languages.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, or similar solutions.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
• Experience with data visualization, aggregation and reporting tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau., * Bachelor’s degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity and five (5) years of combined programming experience in object-oriented programming languages and web application technologies and integration.
• Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in application design, development and deployment of classified DoD systems of similar scope or complexity.
• Six (6) years of combined experience in Sponsor’s Amazon Web Services environment (C2S or C2E) cloud systems administration, containerization, cloud environment management, and compliance assessments.
• Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams.
• Experience with SecDevOps tools, such as CI/CD, code repositories, testing suites.
• Certified in AWS or equivalent cloud technology.
• Familiarity with DoD Targeting Tools and Architecture.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: 260,000-310,000
