  • Work within enterprise hub-and-spoke networking and private-cloud models.
  • Establish secure patterns for managing configuration across environments.
  • Integrate Kubernetes workloads with Azure Key Vault.
  • Ensure sensitive data is not stored in source control.
  • Support certificate lifecycle and secret rotation automation.
  • Separate static configuration from environment-specific configuration.
  • Embed security controls in CI/CD workflows, including dependency and container image scanning, static analysis, secret detection, infrastructure configuration and policy validation.
  • Collaborate with Security to meet security requirements.
  • Maintain RBAC and least-privilege access for agents, systems, and service accounts.
  • Ensure deployment activities are auditable and traceable.
  • Integrate applications with monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting standards.

  • Standardize repository structures, branching, pull requests, and workflows.
  • Define ownership boundaries across platform stakeholders.
  • Promote configuration changes through source-control workflows.
  • Participate in deployment and platform architecture reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, repeatability, and productivity.
  • Enable developers with templates, examples, documentation, and reusable components.
  • Assist with Docker, Kubernetes, CI pipelines, GitOps configuration, and local development.
