Job description

Use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot) to generate production-level Java code
Guide and refine AI output through strong design thinking and prompting
Own and improve system design using solid Object-Oriented principles
Review and uplift code quality across the codebase
Work in an XP-style environment with AI-driven TDD workflows
Contribute ideas and help shape new product features

Requirements

Strong experience as a Senior Backend Engineer (Java)
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)
Ability to identify and improve poor design
Experience using AI coding tools - Claude specifically
