Oracle EBS Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS Mobility Rollout initiatives across multiple sites and business units., * Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Mobility rollout projects.

• Manage project plans, schedules, resources, and deployment roadmaps.
• Coordinate functional, technical, business, infrastructure, and testing teams.
• Manage SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Lead project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Support multi-site deployments and rollout activities.

Travel Requirement This position is 100% REMOTE; however, LIMITED TRAVEL may be required for site deployments, testing, go-live, and hypercare support. Important Note This is NOT a generic Project Manager role. Candidates must have recent hands-on Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 project delivery experience and should ideally have experience with WMS, MSCA, Inventory, and warehouse mobility rollouts. The ideal candidate must have strong and recent experience with Oracle EBS R12/R12.2, particularly within Warehouse, Supply Chain, Mobility, Manufacturing, and Logistics environments., * 8+ years of Oracle EBS Project/Program Management experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong recent experience with Oracle EBS R12/R12.2
• Experience managing Oracle EBS implementation and rollout projects

• Strong experience with:

• Oracle WMS
• Oracle MSCA
• Oracle Inventory (INV)
• Oracle Order Management (OM)
• Shipping Execution
• Experience managing multi-site or global ERP rollouts
• Experience with SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare
• Strong RAID management and stakeholder management experience
• Experience leading onsite, offshore, technical, functional, and business teams
• Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies

• Barcode scanning solutions
• Warehouse automation
• 3PL integrations
• Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Logistics environments
