Server Engineer Solution Deployment

Our client is a leading global medical technology company, seeking a Server Engineer - Solution Deployment to join its international Healthcare IT team in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting mission-critical healthcare software solutions across hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organizations throughout Europe. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support system interfaces between customer environments and healthcare IT solutions.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and translate them into scalable implementation concepts.
• Install and configure server-based applications, virtual machines, databases, and interface software.
• Support software deployment activities, including validation, testing, and go-live execution.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery and risk mitigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, integrations, and software deployments.
• Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of installed customer solutions.
• Work closely with product development teams by providing customer feedback and technical insights.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and compliance with quality management standards.
• Support international implementation projects and customer deployments across Europe.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, databases, networking, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with system integration, software deployment, or technical implementation projects.
• Knowledge of secure IT infrastructure solutions and enterprise environments.
• Experience with remote management and application deployment platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within agile and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working on customer-facing technical projects is highly desirable.
• Fluent Polish language skills are required.
• Good English communication skills.
• German language skills are considered an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10%).
