Infrastructure Architect (INTERNAL APPLICATIONS ONLY)

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to define and drive the technology roadmap of our global datacenter setup. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, governance, and strategic direction of our core infrastructure platforms, ensuring they remain secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with infrastructure engineers, management, vendors, and executive leadership to evaluate technologies, establish standards, and support major transformation initiatives. As part of this role, you will also participate in our Information Technology Board, contributing to strategic technology decisions and the approval of new technologies across the organization., Architecture & Strategy

• Define and maintain the infrastructure roadmap for datacenter and hybrid cloud technologies.
• Develop architecture standards, design principles, and technology governance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and perform technology assessments.
• Provide guidance on infrastructure modernization and platform lifecycle management.
• Support compliance and ISO certification initiatives.

Technology Leadership Act as the architectural lead for:

• Server Hardware
• Virtualization Platforms
• Storage Solutions
• Backup & Recovery Platforms

You will guide engineering teams on architectural decisions while ensuring solutions are practical, supportable, and aligned with business requirements. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers and technical leads.
• Build alignment between operational, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Present technology strategies and investment proposals to senior and executive management.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Experience You have proven experience in several of the following areas:

• Enterprise server infrastructure
• Virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Nutanix)
• Storage architectures
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Hybrid cloud environments
• Windows Server platforms
• Infrastructure automation and IaC
• Load balancing technologies
• Security architecture and microsegmentation

Experience with VMware, Nutanix, Rubrik, Azure, NSX, AVI, Prism Central, and NetApp is considered a strong advantage. Skills You are someone who:
