ALTEN Catalunya busca un Consultor Técnico de Dynamics 365 CRM con al menos 3 años de experiencia en proyectos de Customer Service, con un perfil funcional y técnico para impulsar la transformación digital y optimizar procesos de atención al cliente, con modalidad de teletrabajo y formato híbrido.Se valoran conocimientos en integración con Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) y Azure (Logic Apps, Functions), experiencia en casos, colas, SLA, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel y Customer Voice.#J-*****-Ljbffr
