- Unterstützung von Anwendern aus Verwaltung und Produktion bei IT-Anfragen
- Bereitstellung und Administration von IT-Ausstattung - Hardware und Software
- Mitarbeit bei der Administration von lokalen und globalen Netzwerken
- Unterstützung bei Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
- Mitarbeit bei der Bereitstellung neuer Technologien
Requirements
- Mittlere Reife / (Fach-) Abitur
- Interesse an Technik und Informatik
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Englischkenntnisse
- Kontaktfreudigkeit, Durchhaltevermögen und Lernbereitschaft
- Spaß daran Ursachen für Probleme zu erforschen
