• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.

• Good understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
• Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data integration patterns.
• Experience building Multi-Agent Conversational Chatbots.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI observability, and agent governance.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search, Databricks, or Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, pgVector).
• Understanding of financial services or enterprise app, * Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
