Job description
- Design and develop firmware for industrial automation products, safety devices, and sensing products.
- Support firmware development for PLCs, I/O modules, redundant modules, and safety devices.
- Develop reliable, high-performance, and safety-compliant embedded software., * Design and develop firmware using C++.
- Develop unit tests and functional tests for product firmware.
- Implement industrial communication protocols, especially CIP (Common Industrial Protocol).
- Perform bug/exception reporting, verification, and resolution.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers for firmware and hardware integration.
- Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and functional safety.
- Support debugging, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain system and functional test cases.

Requirements
- Strong C++ and Firmware Development experience.
- Experience with multi-core processors, ARM or Intel.
- Experience implementing industrial automation protocols, especially CIP.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and testing.

Strong knowledge of:
- Embedded Systems
- Microcontrollers
- RTOS
- Automated Testing
- Unit & Functional Testing
- Knowledge of functional safety, reliability, and safety compliance.
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
