Job description

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high-quality coding standards

Requirements

5+ years of experience working with Java
Strong practical experience with Spring framework / Spring Boot
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, docker and containerized environments
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
Ability to work in a hybrid model
German C1, English B2
Excellent communication skills; consultant background
