Ai-Native Qa Engineer

Our partner is looking for an AI-native QA Engineer based in Spain.This role is designed for a QA professional who goes beyond traditional testing and actively leverages AI to redefine how quality assurance is built and scaled. You will work in a fast-moving startup environment where experimentation, automation, and speed are central to delivery. The position focuses on building intelligent QA systems powered by LLMs to accelerate test creation, execution, and defect analysis. You will contribute directly to improving product reliability across complex AI-driven workflows and agent-based systems. Working closely with engineering, product, and R&D teams, you will ensure releases are robust, validated, and production-ready.
