Database Administrator (Dba)

Our partner is looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) based in Spain.In this senior technical role, you will be the primary guardian of mission-critical database systems powering a fast-scaling fintech platform. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of high-throughput PostgreSQL environments that underpin core financial services. This is a hands-on engineering position where deep database expertise meets architectural ownership, requiring both strategic thinking and operational excellence. You will design scalable and resilient data infrastructure while actively optimizing performance and ensuring zero-compromise availability standards. Working closely with engineering and product teams, you will influence data architecture decisions that directly impact customer experience and system stability. The environment is highly technical, cloud-native, and automation-driven, with a strong emphasis on reliability engineering and continuous improvement.
