Sr Full Stack Engineer

• Design and build features across the Rails monolith and Go microservices - candidate portals, partner flows, I-9 workflows, and internal admin and adjudication tools.
• Extend our ATS and partner integrations.
• Orchestrate asynchronous vendor searches and reporting pipelines.
• Use AI throughout your workflow, pair with AI coding assistants, leverage automated AI code review on every PR, and use agentic tools to move faster without cutting corners.
• Help build AI-powered features into the platform: intelligent document parsing, structured extraction from vendor records, and smarter automation of screening and adjudication workflows.
• Own the full lifecycle of your work: build it, test it (including major UX paths), get it reviewed, ship it, and monitor it.

• Strong production experience with b2b SaaS applications.
• Solid Go skills, or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services, background workers, and comfort with concurrency.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and good instincts for relational data modeling.
• A track record building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations (webhooks, OAuth, SFTP); mcp experience is a plus.
• Comfort with server-rendered frontends (ERB/HTML/CSS) and a habit of writing well tested code.

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities - This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $155k - $170k Annually USD
